Omnichannel payment platform rebrand for global scale

Overview

With global expansion underway, PHI Commerce needed a sharper, future-ready identity aligned with evolving digital payment solutions and platform scalability. The engagement focused on unifying brand, product and customer experience into a cohesive system balancing familiarity with transformation. The result is a scalable identity and digital ecosystem built for growth.

Challenge

The existing brand and digital experience lacked the flexibility required for a growing omnichannel payment platform. Fragmentation across touchpoints created inconsistencies in user experience, platform usability, and brand perception, limiting scalability across markets and audiences.

Approach

The process combined brand strategy, user research, and experience design including stakeholder alignment, persona development, and journey mapping. Inspired by the golden ratio and Fibonacci sequence, the identity system was built to express balance and continuity. This extended into a comprehensive brand playbook, UI/UX frameworks and a redesigned website and merchant ecosystem.
