Event branding with clear, measurable communication system

Overview

Medline set out to strengthen its Reward & Recognition (R&R) program by building greater awareness and clarity among employees. The objective was to create a communication system that could effectively introduce the program and support its ongoing visibility.

Challenge

The R&R program required a structured and engaging communication approach to clearly explain its purpose, processes, and benefits to employees, while ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints.

Approach

We developed a cohesive communication design system for the R&R program, anchored by a distinct visual identity. This was extended across key touchpoints including program emailers, explainer videos, certificates, award citations, and annual day collaterals – ensuring a consistent and recognisable experience across both digital and on-ground formats.

Outcome

The launch campaign established a clear and consistent communication foundation for the R&R program, improving its visibility and accessibility for employees. The system was designed to be scalable, enabling future refreshers and ongoing engagement initiatives.
