A leading insurance company partnered with us to launch an internal podcast aimed at bridging the gap between senior leaders and its growing Gen Z workforce. The goal was to create a platform where honest conversations could make leadership more relatable and workplace culture more connected.

We developed a podcast series hosted by a Gen Z employee to keep the tone fresh and authentic. Episodes featured senior leaders speaking openly about their journeys, workplace values, and career experiences.
